The moment has finally arrived.
After 2 years of (mostly) failed submissions - some far more positive than others - I have decided my best option is to self-publish my first novel.
The feedback from most publishers seemed to indicate that while they enjoyed my manuscript, it just wasn't a dead-cert commercially. It didn't fit with their current catalogue of titles - can't blame them there! It's not really the era for financial gambles...
I, however, have nothing to lose and certainly everything to gain! Writing is what I want to do. It gives me focus and purpose and makes me happy! So I will soon be making 'An Artist's Muse' available through Kindle - hopefully in e-book and paperback form. Hoping for a release date on Halloween (how perfect would that be?). Will keep you posted...
